Lurejerk
This is the toughest month of the year in Texas to catch Bass. I have have a mission to catch at least (ONE) Bass a day for 31 days straight. On Swimbaits so far its been tough the water temp is mid to upper 80's average. That is cooler than normal for us this time of year. Will post pics as I go so far here is where I'm at finishing day three.
kevinbarnosky
Best of luck that's a great goal I'm sure u will get it done. I don't really know what I'm talkin about cause I have only been throwing swimbaits for about a year but I've found when the water is warm a boot tail style bait excels like a rising son or osprey somethin that only fished a foot or two under the surface but moves a lot of water seems to work great in that stained summer water. Good luck and I'm sure you will reach your goal keep us posted on how it's going.

gradycodd
You fish everyday? If he gets to fish it everyday he already reached a major goal
Lurejerk
No normally I do not fish everyday but I am at least gonna hit it 2-4 hrs a day to reach my goal if I can. I live on a small lake and also have about 10 big Lakes within 1 hour or less of me. Since I do work....Most of my time is on my lake which almost got me today 2 1/2 hours fishing and is was 0/2 then started burning the fast sink shad and finally got a good hit. Thought it was over on day 4........ I'm really trying to stick to hard baits only and a 6" minimum size on the swimbait and I only take two baits with me at a time. That way I really have to learn different tactics with each bait to get bit.

Top Ramen
I have have a mission to catch at least (ONE) Bass a day for 31 days straight. Good luck! sounds like a fun challenge. This is the toughest month of the year in Texas to catch Bass. It's really not. Wake baits at night or before/at sunrise and a Rising Son anytime. You will get bit. chefjayson
good luck that's the best way to build confidence in baits and limit yourself to just fishing what you have on hand. Good luck
biggfeast
Wish I could dedicate a few hours a day and try this challenge. Nonetheless, great job so far and good luck n have fun trying and learning your arsenal.
Garrettlikesbass
Good luck Chris! Just stick to 3-4 baits to know them well. That card board box you gave me when i got the hook in my leg, use it every time i go swimbait fishing! Wake bait, top water free style bait, ss free style, and maybe a mission fish or a Huddleston! Im sure you can achieve the goal
Bassindon69
I can't do that on 8 and 10" baits here. Then again I'm not sure if I could with smaller baits either lol Good luck. Have fun.
