Midsouth Swimbaits
You guys think the xxh could handle the salt like small sharks and tarpon?
Garrettlikesbass
The rod is badass, really light, full cork, just wish it had differnt guides. But all in all i would defanintly consider buying another. Perfect starter rod. Getting a new reel for it in less than a week. Ps. Got it on black friday for like $
tcj
The xxh will throw the mother no problem. Threw the dead twitch just fine too. Beast of a rod for the price

Big Bass On
I too have and XH I think a H would be perfect for hudds and other baits under 5 ounces. I feel the XH is ideal for wooden bait upwards of 9" and 5 ounces still can handle smaller baits but doesn't have much of a load up for long casts off of shore I need. Bass nutz
The xxh handles pretty good for a cheap rod will def boss a 10oz bait around but the cork is ish the butt broke off first trip out just from rubbing across my stomach on cast.. I kept hearing this tearing noise and couldn't figure out what the F it was and then the butt fell off lol
