Derogatory, abusive, threatening, harassing of another person; is bigoted, hateful, racially motivated or generally offensive and/or violent in content 2. Violates any right of a third party to include the following; copyrighted, patented or trademark, trade secret or contractual and proprietary rights; you must not circulate or distribute another person's personal information of any kind without their expressed written consent; Basically, if it’s not your work or idea, acknowledge the group, entity or individual that deserves the proper credit. 3. Any product promotions, commercial or otherwise, advertises or offers to sell products, including solicitations for contributions or donations without receiving the expressed written consent of Swimbaitunderground.com. 4. Swimbaitunderground does not have any site sponsors, nor do we allow the listing of sponsors in any member's signature. 5.
