I just started throwing big baits over the summer and told myself I was only going to stick to the cheap low end baits. Looks like old mono line knots to prevent his line from slipping towards the bottom of the eye. Tdawg is correct, it keeps the knot in place so it doesn't wrap around the front hook (as much). What I want to know is who/where did you get that deps wrap from? I do my own wraps, glad u dig em!
