Lumpy2181
Looking for any experiences with the Gliss fishing line. The few reviews I have found are at each end of the spectrum. Considering using this on my smaller bait/A-Rig set up due to the much thinner diameter for their rated strength. Thanks.
d-camarena
Not good for those thing, ive used it. Its more for finnesse bait. Knots slip easily and ive had some random breakoffs
lux036
I've used it in there 40lbs test. It is super thin. That's pretty much it for pros. On the con side. It has a coating on it that will start peeling after little use. Then the line starts to fray. Its thin so it digs into itself a lot and and you will get backlashes. And yes, the line is slippery and I've tried many knots and it doesn't help. It will slip pretty much any knot. I've also experience random break offs just casting, not even fish. I tried it on a spinning setup and same results, besides the backlash. There's a reason why this line hasn't really hasn't made a big impact in the fishing game and why it's prices recently have gone down.
