Dc5drewmiester
Does anyone have the Okuma SBX rods? Considering this rod and would like some feedback from those who have used it. Thanks!
Scrambass
I have the xh. Solid rod. Perfect for hudds! Fast taper. Well worth the price point Dc5drewmiester
Dc5drewmiester
I have the xh. Solid rod. Perfect for hudds! Fast taper. Well worth the price point So I'm assuming the tip isn't too soft because it's more suited to throw hudds right?

Mountainryan
I will say that for a traditional cork/ eva grip guy that the hard handle is strange. I have the xh and the blank seems like the thicknes of tree but as long as it bombs out baits it will do. Anyone have problems with trebled baits with this rod? Scrambass
It can handle a 250 but it'd be better to get a slower taper'd rod for treble baits
dheath2
Any more info? Durability? Reality of lure ratings? Baits fished? Fish caught? What rods in its price range would you pick over it? Or under that range? Considering my new options for when I get back to the states
Mountainryan
I've only fished trebled baits with it and haven't had a problem. Been throwing the cl8 baby possum but it will handle many different weights I don't have anything heavier than about 6 oz. durability seems good, the carbon grip is very sticky
