Huddleston Deluxe Order

Anybody order from huddleston recently? I ordered some baits on April 17th and was charged on my visa. Haven't heard anything since. I have an invoice number. I've emailed twice with no response and called numerous times via contact phone number with no answer and voicemail box that is not set up. Anyone having same issues? I'm ready to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ken posted to the Hud FB page that they hired a guy named Steve to take care of customer service.

 

So far, I have been impressed with the new changes in customer service. Great communication over the past two days (the weekend). 

 

Might be worth it to reach back out.

Does that make the information I posted not helpful to others?

 

Hud just fixed a problem I had with a bait I purchased over 6 months ago. Never to late...

 

But hey, I would hate to benefit others at the expenses of reading an "out of date thread".

So SU , I wanted to report on a cool situation today. I had ordered one of the new Night Stalker Huddleston' s this week and received it yesterday. I thought there was an issue with my order and emailed Huddleston about my concern. I got an email back the next business day from Steve on my inquiry. He sent me an email and asked me a coulpe questions and before I even saw his email I get another email asking for my phone number because Ken wanted to call me.....Well I must be a fishing nerd cause I was pretty stoked. Sure enough a few minutes after I sent my email response, Ken Huddleston called me! Pretty cool. He straightened out my situation , which was my misunderstanding and was just a cool guy, gave me some bits of advice. Made my day and I just wanted to report customer service is alive and well at Huddleston. Thanks you Ken Huddleston!

I placed a $162 order for items that were in stock 6 months ago with Huddleston. I immediately got confirmation and a tracking number with the USPS but it still hasn’t shipped. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. I’m willing to be patient for a quality product but 6 months with no response is crazy. I’m thinking that I got ripped off.

Thread is from 2017 lol why not just order them through TW & avoid the hassle
