FayarCustoms
Like the title says, I'm looking for recommendations for a good scale in the ballpark of around $50. I got tired of having my friend not believe me when I show them a picture of a 7 pounder.

drewmoniz
Rapala High Contrast Digital Scale - best one on the market right now I just got one of these a few weeks ago and I love it. Lip gripper is the way to go and even with the gripper the whole unit is so small! It's very easy to store, works well, easy to read, and has a battery meter. timcauliffe
bigpoppabass
Maybe they have improved the lip gripper...we have an older rapala scale and use the plastic lip grip device which holds solidly.... My buddy does it all to mimic major league fishing weigh ins.
