Pink rising sons have caught me some fish, but not as much as the more natural ones. That being said, it might be due to time fishing each.

For some reason, I've done really well with pink Rising Sons at night. Can't even begin to explain it.

From where I'm from, California, it seems that natural usually beats out unatural. That being said, it seems that you have to classify the type of fishing you are doing, baits like the waddhogg or hard thumping bait(meant to illicit a true reaction strike) are better when they are bold. With baits like glides it seems to depend on how you are working them on color choice, hard fast stuff the bright colors could be effective but if you are methodically fishing it then you might what to lean towards a more natural bait. Finally, soft baits are usually best when natural.

This.

Bass don't have hands.... If they're curious about it, they gotta put their mouth on it. This was one of two 8's that came on nearly back to back casts. Slow, methodical retrieve. Slightly dingy water. Don't be afraid to throw it. This is as loud as they come. Chartruese and purple.
