I noticed the plastic is quite stiff so I tried my hand at boiling the back half of the bait. Here are the photos of how much more it moves once boiled. It did make the bait sticky to the touch. I realize this is a trash fish copy cat but for 1.99 if this thing works I might go buy hem all. basshole8190 Posted October 19, 2017 Report Share Posted October 19, 2017 The swamp gas and non painted colors are better after you boil them.. I turn them into linethrus.. I have some success with them on schooling fish and using them when the fish are aggressively hitting bait high in the water column.. any other application you should just get the trash fish..
