danthefisherman
This beat up line-thru Osprey was given to me when I first joined SU, but I never used it because it was missing the internal harness and couldn't swim. I just recently got a pack of 10/0 Owner Beasts that fit the bait perfectly, so I threw on some eyes and rigged her up. Anyone ever try this before and had success on it? Morph808
I would probably make a small slit in the belly to allow the bait to collapse better onto the hook for a better hookset, especially with the weighted beast hook. Did that with my WRS and it has been awesome! danthefisherman

Deltaman
You plan on fishing it with the snap on there? danthefisherman
danthefisherman
You plan on fishing it with the snap on there? Probably... I'm lazy and won't be fishing through too much slop, so it should be fine Deltaman

Did that with my WRS and it has been awesome! Thanks Richard! Took your advice and it does help a bit...I even cut away some plastic to allow the bait to collapse around the weight. evilcatfish, bdpettit, BASS_SWINGER and 3 others
