Top Ramen Posted December 7, 2017 Report Share Posted December 7, 2017 I have not used the floating 175 but my favorite SS250 this Summer was one that was tuned to be a heavy floater. It would dive down several feet on the retrieve but would slowly float back up on a pause. Great over weed beds or over cover that would keep me from stopping any other bait. It was just barely positively buoyant so it came up really slowly.
