Rod Bendhard
The magnets finally arrived and I've been itching to try this mod so I made a quick little rat bait yesterday. When I put hooks on I didn't like how the treble wouldn't sit even on the magnet everytime. Tried a quad hook and it was slightly better but then I remembered I had this random frog hook laying around and it worked PERFECT. It sticks to the exact center point every single time I gotta say I love how it looks. Now I'm just curious how this may effect hookup ratio. I read a post on here awhile ago where someone was saying that bass will key in on rats feet to drag them under and guys were noticing a pattern of getting bit on the back treble (it was an amazing post I wish I remember the author) Anyone on here have any input whether this mod/hook system will work or will it just turn the hookup ratio to a bag of brown trash water? I've never fished a bait w a magnet mod so I have zero experience here CaliBassin, Willluvstafish, porkmeatballs and 4 others
danthefisherman
Awesome looking bait! The post might have been the one started by Ceaser on crankdown rats?

Nick S.
Check out “The Juice†Ceaser’s YouTube channel, he made a great post about rat baits on here but the video is definitely worth watching.
Angryjohn
They have smaller versions of that style hook may be a shorter shank for the rear if your putting a hook out back. http://www.gamakatsu.com/fishing-hooks.php?pid=1023 Rod Bendhard

BigSlant
Hard to say..I don't know what is available in Japan but its a gamakatsu.. looks like a wide gap finesse in 3/0.. One of the posts states studiocomposite.jp will be bending their own hooks soon
BASS_SWINGER
Those look like some sort of salt water hooks to me..I really doubt those are regular finess wide gaps.
Craig
Those hooks look custom made for the dual hook setup. The eyes are off centre so when they lie together the hook points lie at that +/- 70' angle to eachother.
