Bigbasser
I like some the heavier ones but the lighter ones I'd stay away from have bent the ones that come on the Hiroshima gillrilla on 4-5 lbers so big fish would deff do some damage Angryjohn
holstonangler
Seems like you would lose a lot of hook setting power if two hooks were trying to engage, I'm guessing the loss ratio would go up. I'd like to hear some real experience with them. If they work, heck why not have six hooks on one, lol Edited January 25, 2018 by holstonangler
sfla
I haven't caught/lost/missed enough fish on quad hooked baits to have enough data to give an accurate summary of them. I like them so far on the few baits I have them on. Time will tell. Picture of a fish hooked very well with both hooks. I'm sure there are folks out there with a lot more experience with them than me.

northeast_trev
i ran the Decoy quads on a few baits for an entire season. Like others have said, they do have a tendency to bend. I've never dumped a fish because of that, but i noticed it happened a lot when i got stuck on some timber. Another thing was that they were a little more destructive to the baits they were on. But if you're going for that rashed bait look you probably wont mind Bottom line for me - While they're cool and keep fish stuck, their inconvenience (no hook cover options readily available), and lack of strength stopped me from using them again last season. IMO, stick to Owner chevro1et and Angryjohn
Klash9
ive read that they are excellent for baits 6" and under like the tiny klash, nekosogi, 178s etc. ive acquired some just for that purpose. and will give them a extended test with those baits, as i know what the hook up ratios are with those baits with trebles. Rod Bendhard
Ive had great success with the 1/0 quads so far this season. I run just a single quad on most of the baits I make and out of the 35 fish I've hooked this year (LMB, pike, pickerel) I've landed every single one (I know I'm jinxing myself by even posting this) Biggest fish so far was roughly 7 something so I really can't attest to how they hold up to real big girls but overall I'm pleased. Also, most of the baits I've made have been on the smaller side (8 inches and under) i imagine they might not work as well on a 13 inch glide or something like that because the hooks themselves aren't too big
Londonmitch
I use quads on TT, wakebaits, K9 and many others. Some baits like TiK quads are a bit too heavy so I stick with the stock owner STY-35MF T hook. The only thing I have to complain about is getting them out when fish get hooked. They are super sticky which I think is a huge plus
El_Weruso
Caught my 7 with a decoy quad rigged towards the back of my baitsmith. Haven't lost any fish with my drt Klash rigged with lighter quads.
pluckyshotme
Been running Decoy quads for my mini slammer and 9in slammer. Havent had any issues with them so far. The stock hooks did fine until it got bent out so I decided to try these quads. Like em so far. carlsbadbassin89
Treble hooker
I’ve been running quads on my waterhogg 3 piece gill and they work good for sure. Like someone else mentioned they definitely have been marking up the lure pretty good though. Landed quite a few fish, lost a few too but you all know that’s just part of the game.
