apburninup
Been wanting a rat swimbait for quite some time but having difficulty deciding what one to get. Any input on what one to buy would be great or any pros and cons between some of them. NeilonJ and Steventains
Ong Jim
Check out Matt Allen's Tactical Bassin on YouTube. He had a video that broke down which rats for certain situations. Primus

Archtx9
I have thrown the Johnny, Nez, Spro, Kincannon, Baby Possumn, Rago, and Woodrow. For cost it’s hard to beat the Spro, my favorite is the Woodrow. Primus
biggfeast
I had most success on the El Ratons, but have seen buddies kill it on Nez and Johnny Rat. From what I see, most of the major rats on the market have been producing. DuranSD
HookdUp
Took my bull rat out for the first time today . No bites but it does take some tuning and getting used to out of the package . Or at least mine did . I also have a spro and feel like they both have different purposes and would recommend both .

gleonking
The first time I ever through the rat was a Bbz by SIementel. Let me tell you, the bite was on. Not sure if it was conditions but the rat was the only lure that caught me fish that day.
ACE of Bass
Most hit swimbait I have is my Spro BBZ rat (slammer is a close second). I have several of them in case one decides to become a squirrel and climb a tree. Probably not the best, but its plastic and it works. The tail makes some good noise, I love mine. Price is right too. chrisstanley11
Can’t go wrong with a spro rat. I’ve caught more fish on mine then I can count. Things get smashed!!! I have a Nez rat as well it’s a sweet bait as well, 5 times as much money and still caught more fish on the damn spro rat. Mini slammer is also another great smaller rat option, they also get destroyed.
