Coupla piggies

Thanks for the support y'all. Speedbead, we're still in the mid fifties in most of our bodies down here, give or take a few. I haven't checked the FF in a week+ :roll:

 

Darth, these two were on a ROF12 with the jig hook, although I have been fishing the weedless alot lately. I like both, but fish the open hooks when I can.

 

Flaswimbaiter, these were caught on a bare bottom where I could actually drag the bait, so you could say it was open water. However, they weren't in the deeper part of the lake. I've been surprised how shallow the fish are this time of year. How bout the fish in your parts?

Not sure, thats why I asked. Wanted to get an idea of how to fish the waters here in about a month, when the water temps are lower.

Dave, for us, we are just entering "winter". I would imagine they'll be deeper more regularly soon, then go on another feeding spree by Feb or so. Beyond that, I can only speculate :?

its either you have huge hands or thats the mouth or it has the head of a 2lber lol nice fishes !!!

 

It's mostly the camera proximity to my hand. I included that pic because I thought it was cool how deeply she ate the 8" hudd.
