T Dot
i have been in contact with the above 2 mentioned. only thing is sometimes, great artists dont always have the time. its unfortunate, but you cant rush great work either. both hard and soft actually

SDBayBassMan
I fish primarily saltwater and I told Brock from Hiroshima Customs that I wanted to paint my hyper herring to look like a mackerel and this is what he came up with. I am happy with the way it turned out and it didn't take too long to get it back. Turnaround time was like 3 weeks or something like that. But i have heard good things about rbtek too, so I am not saying to pick one guy over the other. They both do great work.
