They catch fish but dont quite have the action of a slide and with the smaller sizes of the deps the smaller claws dont have quite the action of a magnum. I have a 178 and really like it. T Dot Posted June 10, 2013 Report Share Posted June 10, 2013 i find the claws sink faster and stay down longer. usually i fish these in deeper baits. does not have the same type of glide as the 250, and i prefer the 250 more. however, im in the process of modifying these baits - hopefully i dont end up with a paper weight.
