You need to get something straight. "Best Product" does not always imply "best application." Just because a certain product has the most R&D and has the most money dumped into its design does not make it the best product for every person and every situation. You can drop millions into a drag racer, "best" motor, "best" tires, "best" everything you want, but a Smart Car will still beat it in road course. His reviews aren't geared to compare every bait on the market to each other based on its effectiveness to target trophy fish, they are geared to review the bait for its specific application, and how well they do their job at that application. The problem with the industry is that no matter how well someone does what they do, there will always be some skeptic trying to negate their accomplishments. That goes for every professional out there. Yes part of business marketing is to promote the tools that can help others gain confidence in themselves to try and become the next professional, but calling out one person based on your assumptions does not makes you no better than what you are trying to expose. How about this, why don't you give him a call and ask him what he gets paid to review his products on his website? Maybe he can personally tell you how his "reviews" pay his bills. Get real. The fish he has caught on bait a,b,c...z are legit. But because it doesn't have a "reputable" swimbait name brand on it obviously must make it fake. That must be taking advantage of the consumer, because he didn't really catch those fish on the product. Get real. What makes the other shoes not "As Good?" A higher price does not mean a better product. Application always precedes over price. Oh I forgot, LeBron doesn't get paid to wear or promote those shoes. He wears what he wants without any incentive. Seems to be a little counter-intuitive to your argument. Come on dude, get real. that was the issue, the whole selling out thing. a man is only as good as his word. so when someone pushes product because they are getting paid to.. then other things come into question, i think thats the issue. If you cant trust what a guy says on one thing, distrust bleeds into other areas as well Do you guys even know Mike? Or know what you think he gets "paid" before you come on here and making statements and start bashing him for the "ol' switcharoo" or only reviewing baits he gets some sort of incentive to review?
