Not a winner but an improvement... Nick and I got some bigger fish today. I got this 1 that started at 6lbs 8oz, then we reweighed it a minute later, it went to 6lbs 4oz, then on the third reweigh it went 6.1. Oh well. I though it was bigger. Holdover ROF 5 holdover hudd.

Hey, have you guys actually gotten this to work? I have tried it many times, and w/ out a counter weight, on THE STRAIGHT RETRIEVE, it swims up side down. a counter weight is needed to make this rigging work unless I am completely doing this wrong. I found best results when I but the counter weight in the middle of the two bottom fins.

Not a winner, but I got out to fish today for some redemption. I have missed a ridiculous number of fish on hooksets in the past few days. Maybe 12. I haven't landed 1 and only hooked up on 1 for a second. When I got to the lake, the fishing was crazy I was getting bit on every 2 casts, and 1 fish completely bent out my gammy. it was weird! I ended up w/ 3 in the short period that I fished with this 1 being the biggest Holdover hudd 8" Rof 5 hudd

I am lookin for those baits below. Only thing I really have to trade is a black blue 8" Freestyle trout floater. I have used it a few times so it has a bit of hook rash. Let me know if you are willing to sell. As long as they are in working condition, I am good w/ it. I am lookin for both 400b's and Te's -

1 Day early. Doesn't count of course, wasn't even a swimbait fish but still a hawg. Went out with my friend Mikey. He is just getting into fishing and had never caught a bass. After hours of no bites for him, and 3 swings and misses for me, we moved spots and he got his first bass. It was a donkey. 8.9lbs. No need to rerig the 6", it messes up the waiting a lot of the time. Its a small enough bait, the jig hook will be perfect for the bass

Yeah, the way Nick rigs it is very productive but very time consuming. He uses a magnet on the head w/ a treble attached. I had a pic, but I cant seem to find it. Butch has obviously proved his way works, thats another great way. If you were to get a 12 or 16, I truthfully leave the jig hook on and I find I get an extremely high percentage of fish hooked up, and I dont seems to lose them once there on.

I snapped my 9" Hard Head a little while ago. I now need another. I do not want the snap on model, I m more looking for the green box model. Let me know if you have 1, I have some stuff to trade as well.
