That's true, but you have to take in consideration of custom rod builders to production like Dobyns or Loomis. Usually if you buy a Dobyns or Loomis or whatever from a local dealer they will take of you instead of the rod company themselves.

While fly fishing yesterday I saw a guy going pool to pool with a giant spoon and a baitcaster purposely trying to snag fish, that's snagging. If its not on purpose what's the big deal? Kinda hard to control how the fish hits the bait. Just my view

I was at a local private lake I was lucky enough to get access into, I guess your not suppose to come within 15 feet of the docks, and I found out the hard way I've heard different rules about its only the boats that can't or you can't fish near them, but its not like my Swimbait is gonna hurt anything that's within 15 feet of your dock. Whats even creepier about it is that if they yelled at you about it, that means they were sitting inside watching you
