    I do it to track growth. Granted I may never catch a fish again after it's tagged (this is the first tagged fish I have caught in the 2 years that I had tagged a select few).

    Not only did it have a crappie tail sticking out of its throat, it was a fish I had tagged a year and a half ago, good way to get the dust off the LDC MH!

    I've debated this so many times in my head, whether to go in at night or just let it be. There are some great looking spots I want to hit so bad but I don't let myself fall to the temptation. We own a 3 acre pond and I have no trespassing signs posted, but people still trespass. 2 years ago I even found where someone took broken pavers to make a path to the water. So I guess I don't go after there spots because that persons place could be just like mine and I don't want that done to me so I leave it be in hopes people will leave mine be.
