    This great video came from another site, just thought I would share it. I am posting this video in Honor of my Uncle a Naval fighter pilot that was KIA in WWII and all of the great men and women before and after him that served our great country. Thank you for your service.

    May we never forgot those who have given their lives in the service of their country, and their families. I seem to forget the fact far too often that the freedom I so much appreciate, and take for granted was paid for by the lives of so many brave Americans. When I start to complain about life, God please remind me of the fallen ones, and their families, and how well I actually have it. I understand war is ****, actually who am I kidding I have never experienced war, what do I know about it. So let me apologise & try again, I hear that war is **** and I could only imagine what these men and women went through and I need to understand again how well I have it today. We need to honor these men and women who gave their lives for our sakes by living a life that would be worthy and bring them great honor. May we become others centered rather than self centered, just as those who gave their lives for so many others. When we tuck our children in at night we need to remember the children who have lost their mothers and fathers in the recent & ongoing wars and say a prayer for them. Memorial Day is another day that reminds me that there are Americans right now that are still in harms way that could use our thoughts and prayers for both them and their families. When we see men and women in uniform we should thank them for their service, unlike the way so many Veterans were treated when they came back from Vietnam. A simple thank you will go along way, even if it feels awkward. May we pray for our wounded Veterans who are not on the battlefield anymore but still are in a battle every day, those dealing with Post Traumatic stress etc. All I can say to the Veterans still alive today, and the families who have lost ones which is what Memorial Day is all about is " Thank You" "Thank You" "Thank You" for your service & the price you have paid for our freedom.
