SOLD to ME! Partner skipped out on me for Bassathon tomorrow, didn't really feel like the drive, and didn't feel like waiting in line either. Executive decision... I bought it... Gonna flip somme 3:16 swimmer's to pay for this Saiko. Stoked.

Just got home from Bassathon, and what do ya know? USPS left a present for me, a box full of weedless eight inch hudds. I got to meet Butch Brown, gave me some really cool insight on the deps 250 Saiko swimmer, and let me tell you, this bait is baddass! Got me a carp, and a trout swimmer, tuned by Butch himself. Only a hundred of these baits are released, and it was like flies on ish at the Deps booth. Butch is really easy to talk with, and a true inspiration. He's the real deal. Also got a custom 8 inch weedless trout in Kokanee! Last but not least, hit up Scott at the 22nd century booth. I was able to acquire a few TT in custom bass pattern, and scored an 11 inch TT as well. All awesome looking baits. Big thanks to Chip from Bassaholics for pulling through for us. All in all, the best $854 I ever spent... lol.

I understand the feeling. I broke a Rago Glideator off on a cast this week. I watched her fly off into the sunset, and then a big splash. Sucks, but it does come with the territory. I should of retied, oh well, next time...

hell yea buddy, got ya. Gearing up for the season, a few extra bones aint S$%^! The trout are coming, I'm ready to start throwing. Bring it on!

I believe the baits are reasonably priced. Anything higher would be straight up rape. Just my opinion. Some might disagree, I know there are people that will pay for the baits, I've got quite a few 316's to prove it, but any higher in the price, I probably wouldn't purchase it. Let alone the Dbag's that will ultimately take advantage of the price increase, and jack up the black market price that is flat out BS. If the prices go up, I believe the 316 baits will be turned into a collector's series, rather then an elite swimbait that get's fished by hardcore swimbait fishermen. Maybe the price will be justified, but I believe it will have a negative effect on the company. I've been eagerly awaiting the new release, and I'm already planning on dropping three hundred, If I can get lucky enough. That's a big chunk in itself, and I fish the hell outta these baits. I can't imagine having to pay more for a freestyle, I wouldn't do it. p.s. Ok maybe I'd do it, who am I kidding?

Unfortunate... Have you sent Mickey an email? I feel that three year's is way too much to be waiting for a release. Maybe Mickey should take your situation into consideration when thinking about these releases. Just my opinion, and I could care less if anybody has something to say about it. I work in the service industry, and nobody would wait three years for a meal. And if they did, I'd make sure it was the best meal they ever ate. Straight up. Late.

4 months on the swimbait. I thought I was cursed, seriously... I wish I had the conversations I was having with myself on video, during the skunkfest. I questioned everything about my fishing, everyone on the lake, everything in the water, and I even broke a rod! Uggghhhhhh! The worst. I hope to never go back to that place...
