I fished the 8” bottom hook rising son, the 3:16 heavy floater BAA. And the 3:16 10” floating freestyle. All worked slowly.  

    Pretty much the same for me. I tend to go bigger and slower. Fish the high % areas. They probably didn't leave, just slowed down

    For me, on Fork the gill bite happens later. For the early spring, the glide just gets bit better. Once the initial spawn is slowing, that's when my gill baits play more
