  1. I like the under armor line for button up shirts that have the vents, they are stain resistent and breath well, plus the offer spf 50 protection against the sun. I wear a buff, hat and a long sleave shirt in either a vented button up or vaporteck/breathable long sleave (pelagic, mountain hardware, EMS, Under armor, Columbia). Color is also important, I typical wear white, baby blue, light yellow or other light colors. I wouldn't typcially wear those colors off the water, most of my gear is black or gray but you bake out there when you dress in darker colors. I wet my buff with ice water through out the day. Sometimes I will ever take a frozen water bottle and use the buff to hold it against my neck. B safe out there and make sure you drink plenty of water, I have seen people fall out heat exhaustion and it is nothing to take lightly.
  2. 7" slammer black or white(full moon) is my goto.
  3. the ones in ct only carry reation strikes/ sebile swimmers/paddle tails/jackall giron/swimmers etc....none of the good stuff.
  4. there perch and golden shiner are my two favorites.
  5. ^^^I got burned by a dude claiming his bait was a stuby. He was selling it as 8" stubby for 40$ on FB. I was using my phone which had a cracked screen when I saw his post so i couldn't tell if it was a stubby. I just saw 40$ 8" stubby and jumped on it because I figured it would go fast. I sent the funds ASAP, when i got home from work the post was deleted - I was hoping to get a better look at it since it was barley visible on my cell phone. I get the bait and it was 6" regular. I contacted him and he told me he posted pictures so I shouldn't have bought it if I knew it wasn't a stubby. He told me that was the person he bought it from said it was a stubby and he took his word for it. Yeah right, the 6" is such a danty little bait compared to the 8". He offered a refund but the bait was basically new and I was worried that he would claim I never sent it back to him to make me look like the scammer. I let my son throw it and he has caught some decent fish on it too.
  6. Are there still people that got burned by him or did he eventually make every one whole? If he still owes people, the fact that he is back in business selling baits is beyond f&^ked up. I don't know how some people can look at themseves in the mirror.
  7. never mind, the dude is definitely not someone I would do business with, I tell him the price which he already knew and basically told me I got robbed for paying what i did and he would never pay that much for a bait. Garrettlikesbass if you don't like the price don't pm the seller 4x's asking to buy it.
  8. I am trying to sell a FS 8" trout and have a few potential buyers but they are knew to the site with less than 10 post so i am a bit leary. If I sell someone a bait via paypal where they send me the money first, they pay the fees and then I send the bait with tracking. I will also take pictures of the bait inside the usps priority mail shipping box, the label with the buyers address and the sales receipt with the tracking number. Am I still at risk of paypal reclaiming the funds if the buyer tries to claim I did not send them bait?
  9. Bait makers that make pretty baits but swim like ish.
  10. I am looking to get what I paid for these baits: $85 for the Baby Wake in Bass pattern $185 for the 8" FS Trout Floater in Kokanee pattern I will post pictures when I get home. I can text them to you now if you pm your phone number or I can also email. Paypal only, buyer pays fees. If you take them both I will let them go for 255$. Thanks for looking.
  11. Wait so you're saying it's better to chew fiberglass with other well known Heath risks then to vape on some 100% food grade vg ?? I'll take my chances with vaping lol Do you honestly beleave they put fiberglass into chewing tobacco?
  12. whats the address, i can't get there by clicking the hyper herring link?
  13. "3:16 wake Jr. Sissy bass only" i would love to see what that bait looks like.
  14. Not yet, but I heard of that problem. Crossing my fingers. you should be good to go, it is usually a problem right out of the box. It seems like half of the ones produced have the problem and the other half were fine. I got 3 replacements before my tackle shop told me to either pick another reel or take it up with Daiwa. I ended up keeping it but looking back, I should have just bought a TE. I will send it to Daiwa some day, i have so much gear at this point that I keep forgetting to send it out. It's been sitting in a reel bag for over a year now.
  15. ^^^Did either of your Pluton's have the issue where the spool doesn't reengage after you cast unless you manually lift the cast button back up?
