I've talked with Brock about bait designs and such for the past year or so. Always been a great guy to talk to and I consider him a friend.

Probably fishing a topwater bait like a punker and having a fish blow up on it, miss, blow up, miss again, blow up and finally get it the third time. Also any time you can watch a bass hunt your bait. Especially fun with the glide baits.

Brock can make the paint adhere. He knows what he's doing. If you go on Brock's Facebook page he has some soft baits he's painted.

Never got weights on my pb but both Cargill and Kirke Purvis agreed on at least 8t pounds. On the 8 inch hudd.

I just wish I could find a decent place to get the really big spools of 25 & 30 lb CXX that didn't want to charge tax and crazy shipping Until then I'll stick to 400 & 500 yard spools from TW.
Have you tried cabelas? I know they stock it, not sure on shipping though.

You might have to have someone custom make one for you, or just make one yourself. I know there are some guys on here that can do that for you. Pat's would be a great option but they're difficult to obtain from what I gather. But the crank down is where it's at

Looking for 135 shipped

I want to sell my 3:16 herring painted by baitwerks in trout. Its got some rash and there's some paint showing from the original job underneath. Owner hooks. Will also trade for a deps 250, hinkle glide, or hiroshima glide.

I'm thinking these guys are just winching. I'm thinking no amount of flex in a rod can cushion a 10 ounce bait whipping around. Just a thought.

Practically new just a little boat rash on top. No problems mechanically. Looking to sell for 75 shipped. I can email pics if you like. This is a 4600 size

Add or remove weight until it sinks at that rate. Not sure how but that's the general idea.

The weighting on glide baits is super tricky. Try watching this video to see how to weight it.

Scary: multiple times ice fishing where the ice starts to crack. One time my foot broke through a layer of ice but there were luckily two layers of ice. Bumps in the night happen a lot. Walking through woods and hearing a tree branch fall down. I honestly thought I had big foot on my tail never ran so fast with a fishing rod in my hand before. Surprised I didn't hit a tree. Night fishing for stripers on the beach alone and something bumped my leg, still not sure what it was.
Coolest: watching eagles fly is up there. One time I was out and it was real calm like that after storm calm but it hadn't stormed. It looked like rain falling but only one or two drops on the water paddled up real slow and it was bluegill just slurping off the top. Real cool.
Weirdest: fishing on the river and I saw a skinnydipper and I ain't talking about the lure.

Im not a fan of stingers unless fishing for smallies in the upper water column like Colby said. Lots of slapping. If I'm fishing largemouth or bottom fishing for smallies either a jig hook or bb rig. All the fish I've caught on an 8 inch hudd had the bait all the way in their mouth and hooked about halfway back right in the roof. But I also set the hook on a hudd like I set the hook on a crankbait a hard sweep and crank and fish the hudd on lighter tackle than most and fight the fish less aggressively haven't lost a fish because of this though.. To each his own. This is the way I do my thing. Also never gut or gillI hooked a fish on a swimbait stinger or no stinger in my life. But I've gill hooked more than neccesary crankbait fish. Good luck to everyone in 2013.

Okuma evx musky or a tackle industries xh.

Same thing happened to me when I was in Maine. wasn't paying attention and it sounded like someone dropped a bowling ball. Those stripers are powerful.

For Sale Deadtwitch Tylure Stocker Rago
in Black Market

These baits don't see much use in my fishing style so they don't see much water time. The deadtwitch has had the eyes reglued because they fell off in my bait box. The stocker trout came to me with a broken swim fin but I fixed it with epoxy. Tylure is a floating 8 inch. And the Rago is a Rago Live Trout. Looking to get 100 shipped for the lot. Willing to break them up though. I know my post number is small but if you get into contact with some guys on the site they can vouch for me.
Thanks for looking. Tight Lines
