    I have the 6600HC. It's a great reel. I have it spooled up with 25lb. P-line Original. I throw 6oz. and up baits on this with no problem. The 4.9:1 ratio is a little to slow for what I use it for so I did a gear swap to a 6.2:1. Very basic reel with no bells and whistles like clicking drag, tension, or brake adjustment. Abu's round reels have pretty much been the same other than upgraded internal parts. It will cast a mile and the drag is very smooth. The levelwind is engaged. Parts a readily available for these reels. As long as you do your seasonal maintenance like any other reel, it will last a long time. Hope this helps.
