Used MB Origin. 5.5:1 ratio. Hasn’t been used on the water since being in my possession. Mechanically smooth. Some signs of wear from previous owner. Doesn't come with box, papers, and accessories. Didn't come with stock knobs, but comes with PXR clear corks without knob caps. Price is $460 shipped

Selling two custom casting rods. Price is shipped TYD via FedEx and insured. Payment through PayPal. I'll eat the fees Rogue swimbait rod bought a few years ago. Blank is the SB796 of Rogue rods. Lure ratings suggested are 1-4 oz. Have not thrown anything in excess of 3 oz. This rod was my primary small rising son rod. Have thrown 1/2 swim jig + skinny dippers and large spinnerbaits without issue also. Rated Xfast, but feels it has more of a moderate taper than suggested by manufacturer. Drilled a hole in the trigger to hold baits. Had this rod rewrapped over the summer of LCC to Fuji K stainless steel chrome alconite rings. #6 double foot stripper and size 5.5 single foot all the way to the tip top. Rear length of handle is 12" from the reel seat to butt. Asking $200 SB796

I like adding water In all seriousness: hooks. With the 250SS, I like downsizing the hooks to 1/0 ST36 from the stock hooks. I find the bait to sink slower, almost suspend, and the hook up ratio remains relatively the same.

A small stip of electrical tape.

I switched my hooks to 1/0 ST36 front and rear for a slower sink. Made molds of the weights as well, so I can adjust at home when wanting specific changes in sink rates. Weights aren't the prettiest, but I'll let the fish dictate how fast of a sink they want.
