  1. I dont have a lot of experience with the 3:16 wake baits but the deps 250 has got to be my favorite. I have gotten a ton of followers with it but sadly no hook ups as of yet. The deps defininetly has drawing power especially in warmer weather. You can burn it, reel it in real slow (especially if its been tuned right) twitch it etc. The 3:16 wake baits are awesome too but I just dont have the experience with them like I do the deps.
  2. I like throwing the deps 250, 8" hudds, baitsmith magnums etc. on the XH. The 8" freestyles also work pretty good on it too.

    Last night.

Good fish man! I would take that any day
  4. That SM is amazing! Its just a matter of time until you catch a monster with it!
  5. Yeah man thats the way all the fish were wanting it, real slow. I had one fish nail my floater when i started twitching it but no others.
  6. Caught a smallie and a LM on the floater last Teusday. Smallie was a dink but the LM was the biggest one I've caught on a 3:16 bait. It went 5 lbs even. This is also my first video and hopefully many more to come! LDC Prod MH Daiwa Lexa 300H 3:16 FS 8" Dark Trout Floater http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XR_XO7m5ef0

Bought a bait from Sean and the transaction was flawless. Bait was in excellent condition! Would not hesitate to do business again! Thanks again!
  8. Bump. Drop to $165. Need this gone.
  9. This bait is in great condition with only very minor hook rash. Needing to sale this bait to fund another purchase. Willing to let it go for $175 PP gift or add 3%. No trades. PM if interested. Thanks!
  10. Nice fish and pic dude! Looks like a swimbait fish to me.
  11. Haha no more limp wristed casts lol. Duct tape would work great! It's never fun loose crap in the lake.
  12. Hahaha no kidding . I owe him big time! or Personal Best
  13. Thats so awesome man! Congrats! Love that smallie.
  14. Went fishing yesterday and after a few months of fishing with the 3:16 8" freestyle's I finally caught some fish and built some confidence on them. I started out with the floater and reeled it very very slowly and got some follows before I decided to start an erratic retrieve to see what results I would get and it paid off. Caught the all 3 fish around sunken tree's. I had a ton of follower's and bites on the slow sink but no hookups. It was a pretty good day on up until I casted my LDC MH, Diawa Lexa 300 and FS slow sink trout into the lake(see the thread in the swimbait underground section titled LDC/Lexa 300/8" FS Search & Rescue ) Still figuring out why I did that . A big thanks to Travis(evans_usmc69) for fishing the rod, reel and bait out of the water! The man's an expert when it comes to finding rods in the lake
  15. A BIG thanks to Travis for getting the rod, reel and bait!!! I dont think I have ever been that pissed in my life when I lost it! I still cant believe Travis hooked it!
  16. Nice dude now it's on! Deps 250 man!
  17. Nice bass man definitely has potential to be a DD!
  18. Dude those smallmouth look massive!!! Congrats on a great day of fishing! Nice chunky LM too
  19. Too bad 3:16 didn't make one. +1. No kidding!
  20. Still in awe of how many fish you can get to follow this bait. Im currently using a Deps 250 in BB natural trout with Owner ST-41 1/0 hooks and Owner #6 split rings. As far as water column I fish it about 1-4 foot down. I have used it for a little while now and have not been able to catch a fish on it yet but it sure wasn't for the lack of trying! All I seem to get is a ton of followers but few to commit. There is a couple of things that I have noticed with this bait though. It seems like more of a warmer water bait. Got more fish to hit it when the temps was up around 60 degrees. Its been really difficult to catch fish with this bait. If I can get the fish hooked up(fish would usually t-bone the bait), they would only stay on for a short period of time and come off. I still have a lot to learn about this bait. Im still looking for the first catch on this bait, but these baits undoubtedly catch fish!
