  2. He's joking. Don't things so serious.
  3. lmfao! thats a fair trade right there. someone jump on this hahahha
  4. Thinking about biting the bullet and trading my new Roman Made Negotiator bottom hook in Dav-San Trout (U.S. Trout) for a 250 or 175. My curiosity is starting to get the best of me and I kind of want to find out why this/these baits make grown men act like teenage girls at a Justin Beiber concert. Text me for pictures. 559 309 6798
  5. screw it, i just need it gone. make offers.
  6. 11" 3D Trout is brand new, never fished. Line thru and 6" 3D trout are used. All moderate sink. Will not split up. Asking $40 pay pal gift. I'll cover shipping.
  7. I've been fishing the Negotiator for years now and can honestly say it does what the deps can't and vice versa. I have never personally fished a deps but fished with a friend who was fishing one and we did our own little comparison test. The deps couldn't be super slow rolled and still glide. It just came straight where as the Negotiator can be fished with slack in the line and still glide really nice and smooth. The deps can be burned or fished decently fast and not roll but the negotiator can't. it will roll at fast speeds. There's pluses and minuses to everything. One bait is not the end all be all. They're all tools for different situations. I know this isn't much of a review but I hope it helps a little at least.
  8. Yea Andrew has a life and career outside of bait making. That's not his only gig, in fact its more like a hobby for him. When he gets caught up with everything, I'm sure he'll open up the list again. Be patient. There's a reason why these baits are so sought after, they take a lot of time to get perfect so just chill.
  9. thats as dumb as paying $300 for what really is a $90 bait.... i know a negotiator custom sold for over $300 not that long ago too.
  10. I had issues with them too. Items didnt and dont show when they are out of stock or back ordered which makes for a very annoying experience purchasing from them. I'm in central Cali and it took almost 2 weeks for me to get my package. I called twice and no answer or response. When I finally got ahold of them, they refunded my money for the items that werent in stock (even though the website showed that they were) and it took about 4 or 5 days for my money to be refunded. I hear good things about the shop and know of a lot of people who buy from there so by no means am I bad mouthing them, but they will be my absolute last resort from now on.
  11. Anyone have on laying around that they want to get rid of? I have baits to trade. Let me know. 559 309 6798
  12. I didn't really, really need it cus I have others. Plus, I understand ish happens, but I don't want to have to send a bait back for something that shouldn't have even been an issue in the first place.
  13. I have a new Roman Made Negotiator bottom hook in Dav-San Trout that I'm thinking about trading. The ONLY trades I'm looking for are a bottom hook Negotiator in either Oikawamesu or Alumi. Bait has silencers already on it. Has a crack in the paint on the bottom of the bait that was there when I got it. other than that is flawless. Let me know. 559 309 6798
  14. do you know if the new bait from black dog gets tested before it ships out and if so whats the turn around time?
  15. Got an 8" inch punker for sale. New batch, new bait. Only thrown once, today. Needs to be tuned with suspenstrips or you can send it back to black dog for a new bait. Has very minor hook rash from today. Asking $35 PayPal gift. This includes shipping. 559 309 6798
  16. only hudds i bb rig are the 5's. I still use the jig hook on the 12. Just open it up a little.
  17. that looks freakin awesome man!
  18. I fish nothing but Phenix and one of my favorite rods is my M1 Inshore 8'2" H. This rod is rated 3-8 ounces but can easily handle less like a 1 or 2 ounce bait with no issues. Although it can handle an 8oz bait, I'd say its sweet spot is about 6.5 ounces. I throw the Warbaits 2oz slayer head with an MC Swimbaits 9" Viejos, 5" MC Swimbait and it LAUNCHES them! I love this rod for everything from Hudds to a Slammer. It's great for treble hook baits because it's got a great parabolic action and really keeps fish pinned. I'm getting a lot more M1 Inshore rods cus not only do they look awesome, are really light, balanced, and they perform super great as well. I'd highly recommend this rod to anyone who is looking for a damn good swimbait rod.
