  1. Beware of birds of prey dive bombing it.
  2. Are you using the power handle or the double knob handle?
  3. I got my first one on the July preorder now I'm scared. I hope all goes well.
  4. Imakatsu Berlinetta was my first one and I immediately stuck a good one on it so I'm partial to that one.
  5. I use a cabelas auto inflate, I'm actually wearing it in my profile pic.
  6. I'm partial to the dobyn's 867 for cranking and that's pretty much all I do.
  7. You can order the parts from Daiwa, Go to their website and find the reel diagram and get the part number then call and order. I have done it a few times.
  8. buzzbait speed to get a reaction bite.
  9. Finally had a good day with multiple bites best being this 6.0 that smoked my Wade Hoggs SU colab. The fish were all over it today once the wind picked up, windy lilly pad points near 8 to 10 fow was key.
  10. I need to get my ugly bullglide gill painted too. That looks killer.
  11. Not the same knot, Not sure the name but I trust it and have never had a failure with floro or mono.
  12. No clue,I saw some dude tie it on you tube years ago and been using it since. It's the strongest knot for floro I have found but some don't like it because of the three tag ends.
  13. I tie a three tag knot with sniper, super strong, you start the knot like a palomar then do a three turn uni knot with the loop instead of looping back over the bait. Try that or you could have a bad batch of floro.

    Hard Won MA PB

There are toads in that pond, nice job.
  15. Resting Chef face, nice job.
  16. I just picked up a beast 40 and it's a solid little reel, makes the Daiwa Coastal and Tatula feel like toys. I put it on a Kaimana rod and use it for small to mid sized glide baits spooled with 18lb floro.
  17. Immakatsu berlinetta first cast yielded me a 6 pounder, I'm partial to that.
  18. Bought two OG production LDC rods back in the day, great rods and still use them. My problem with LDC was when I bought a custom and the ensuing horrible warranty along with getting the runaround about delivery, I think 8 weeks turned into 8 months. That was a long time ago, but that was my experience with LDC.
  19. I use mineral spirits to clean out the heavy gunk then into a ultra sonic cleaner. Grease I use penn or hot sauce and for bearing oil I use 0w20 synth mobil one engine oil. Servicing reels is easy if you have some mechanical aptitude.
  20. Rear screw eye is .070 and front is .050.
  21. My pb salty stik of death. It ate a OG BB natty trout in 10 FOW.
