Hey fellas, I'm looking to trade my Curados for some baits. Both are in excellent condition but I don't use them very often so I'm looking to trade them to someone who will. Both are LEFT handed and made in Japan. Curado 301E: 10/10 mechanically, just cleaned. 9/10 cosmetically. 6.2:1, 7 BB. Comes with box and all paperwork and extra brake pins Curado 201 DPV: 10/10 mechanically, 9/10 cosmetically. 5.0:1, 6 BB. No box. As far as baits, I'm mainly looking for 8" FS SS in a trout color or a Slide Swimmer 250 in BB trout. I would also consider other 3:16 baits like a Wake Jr or OG Wake. Thanks for the kind words fellas. Went back the next day and got two more about the same size. And yes that is straight braid to the hudd. I only brought one rod and was also throwing my negotiator so I was using braid because I'm getting that back if it hangs up haha.

Stuck my first swimbait fish on the Flash Carp. Decent striper but was more excited the SS got bit. Going back for more next week...

Finally caught a fish on my 68. Nothing huge but I was still stoked something ate it. Gave me some confidence to fish it more.

Hey, thanks for all the input. I might give the suspend strips a shot. I like the idea about heavier hooks and split rings, but I have the top hook version of the bait so that's not an option. Maybe I'll just be more patient and wait for it to sink haha. Thanks again.

Hey all, I really like the action on my Negotiator, but it sinks so slow that I was thinking about adding a little weight to get it down faster. Has anybody tried this? Will it mess up the action of the bait? Where are the best places on the bait to add weight? Thanks for your help.

Hey guys, I'm gonna be near Castaic on Friday and was thinking about taking the float tube to the Lagoon. Just curious if anyone had any tips on fishing that area or recommendations on baits since I've never fished it before. Thanks for your help!

Not to jack your thread, but how are these baits anyways? I was thinking of getting a trout glide and a WC wake and was wondering if anyone who had used them had any input?
