Ya it was a nightmare, had to take out the batteries and reset it, I’ll probably take it out of the boat from now on

Headed out to the lake with my younger brother who has never caught a swimbait fish with one general goal in mind. We got to the lake early and were first to launch. Ran to the first spot throwing the punker for a few fish to roll on the bait but not commit, we kept at it but as the sun came up felt like lost our chance. About 30 min after that he hooks up and lands what ends up being the first fish going 19.5. Almost couldn’t believe it was his first swimbait fish but we kept going and about 30 min after that i got one just a shy bigger at 21.6.
