i got the rod will not be able to use it for a couple of weeks im not a rod guru my opinion is it dont seem to be tip heavy, it can handle a 250 with ease. the 20 inch handle is just long enough for two hand casting and not too long to be cumbersome. i have it paired with a daiwa z2020 it look stunnin.

my particular 250 the hinge eyes had a wide gap which led to excessive tail movement by closing the eyes it had less movement which fixed the nosing up I could even jerk the bait with the rod and it still wouldn't nose up I forgot what I used it was a couple of years ago -
I fixed my 250 by closing up the hinge eyes
