Yeah, but when im paying almost $40 per 8" bait i would sure hope that it will swim as that is the whole entire purpose.... He obviously takes zero pride in his work. Just a quick test run, or a little attention to detail on each bait can help this problem, but money is ultimately his only motive.

I said this exact same thing 2 months ago about a different company that does the same proccess and yall threw a temper tantrum. Glad yall finally opened yalls eyes a tad bit and realized that their winning and not even respecting the people that are helping them win.... Just bad

I NEVER questioned that Andrew was a good guy or not. I just said there could be better ways to do it. But hey, he's killing it and im sitting here ordering his stuff, so i guess I am just the fool. I guess I am a bit impatient, but again, there has to be better ways.

& Don, to reply to you.. I texted Andrew (Aug 28) to check up on the timeline to see where things were. No response, I wasnt expecting a response, as he recieves multiple text messages a day from many customers like me. Something has to change in multiple places, this doesnt just happen in the fishing industry, also the service industry. They take your money upfront, give you a quote and then its on their time, because they got what they wanted. Customers are these peoples livelihood, the customers deserve honesty, and respect. They deserve communication upfront and during the process. If you quote a certain time and you cant fulfill that, the people deserve to know, its their money. This wont change, because Andrew knows, no matter what people will come crawling back to kiss his ass at every step. I guess its okay to kick dirt on the customers when they will bow down to you no matter how they are treated.

I didnt mean for this to be a big deal or for my message to throw Andrew under the bus by any means. I just think something needs to be changed, and with the demand, nothing can be changed.

Classic, tell you its going to be a certain time, take your money then it turns into whenever they want, cause they got what they wanted. Been getting screwed over so bad lately. I guess it is just god's way of welcoming me into the real world. Bought my first boat, sent it in to get it tuned up, get quoted a week and a half to two weeks on August 4th and im still waiting here on September 4th. Not saying Andrew runs a bad business or anything, he makes phenominal baits, but businesses need to learn to stick to their timeline, and if you cant i understand but at least let people know. Learned that if businesses value your business, you will know.. thats a fact.

They were set to ship on Sept 1. Just curious to see where Andrew is with this round of shads. If you have any info, I would like to know. Thanks, Tanner
