Looking to buy 11 inch triple trout slow sink -
And they will hit hudds but usually on stock day or couple days after but they seem to bite them if you retrieve them a bit faster than you would for lmb

Everything works for striper lol. But my favorite is a 10 or 11 triple trout burning fast on stock day, or deps on a medium retrieve, and of course 8 inch punker sunrise or at sunset. Those have never failed me.

It's either my top 1 or 2. 10 or 11 inch. My favorite time to use them is stock day when fish are aggressively chasing. It's a good bait to burn and trigger reaction bites

Hit the lake today just before sunset day after stock and hit this piggy. First time throwing the 11 inch tt, couple casts out felt a quick bump, so I threw it back out there and burned the bait a little faster n got him to bite. Unfortunately I didn't get to weigh it, what would you guys say the weight on this one is?

Lol damn not sure how comfortable I am with always having to do that. But if the gear ratio and handle are the only difference then maybe the 300E is a better rout.

this problem is due to the weight distribution of the handle, not the reel. it has happened to me with a couple of reels including the luna and calcutta. the simple fix is to use a double knob handle... So the 300E might be a better choice?

so im looking to get a curado 300 ej, but a friend of mine said they often have a problem where the oversize handle often trips the bail in midcast causing the bait to sling off. not sure how comon this is in curado reels but i would really hate to lose a bait because of this flaw. has anyone gotten this problem? Also what might be a better choice reel in the same price range?
