Random but that it was kind of a funny topic. I was throwing a floating bbz-1 in like 2007 and an osprey dropped from like a million feet up and snatched my bait up. I wasn’t looking and thought a caught a world record at first! Haha then a pelican scooped my Roman made south once that was a nightmare trying to unhook it from his floppy beak skin haha

When I use the .072 hook hangers I pre drill the holes using the same diameter bit, but I only drill it about 3/4 of the length of the hangers. Then I super glue the holes and threads of the hangers. Then I screw the hangers in completely that way I have the strength of the super glue then also the strength of the 1/4 of the threads directly into the wood. It seems to work for me. Hope that helps man good luck.

It has a very smooth glide. I like it a lot I just wish they sold a trout pattern for here in California. But it is a cool bait man not a lot of people throw it
