    Your not alone w the front hook issue. I have found that cutting off line ties like in my picture and putting candle wax on the line the first 12-18” or a drip of superglue and run it down the same length the will help with catching the front hook tremendously. Also gotta fish em on braid the bait will just walk so much more effortlessly. When Jeremy talks about walking them them he says the key is Cadence. Like bouncing a basket ball too fast and you can’t keep up. Hope this helps some peeps catch some trout eaters this winter.
