If the bait was brand new in the package why did you replace the hooks and especially the split rings? And why if you replaced the split rings on the hooks, did you not replace the split ring on the nose with shitty paint job residue all over it? If you want to know if its a real 3:16 post a picture that shows the tail.
You casted a resin bait into a dock, don't cast into docks, I know if I made swimbaits I wouldn't warranty anything outside a manufacturers defect, and casting a bait into a dock isn't a manufacturers defect in my opinion.
Maybe you didn't read but I had it painted buddy. I didn't replace the split ring on the nose because I wanted the "not allowed" painting there to blend in. I know it's a real 3:16 I bought it, and if you didn't read again the tail broke off. I'm not asking anyone to warranty this I was asking if this has happened to anyone but you probably didn't read that either. Oh and thanks for the advice captain obvious.
