  1. I should have held off longer on your last sell. If you have trouble moving the slammer by next week, send me a message. Good luck.
  2. They're back instock again. Just got the email.
  3. That's great. I'm betting triple trout or negotiator cast off.
  4. Posted payment and received my baits in 3 days. Included hook bonnets to protect during shipping.
  5. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that a dingo swimbait and not a BBZ? The line tie on a bbz is on the nose and the line tie on a dingo is in the mouth.
  6. here's a pic of the first sb smallie. it was only 2-12, but it got me thinking that I could do better. since then, I've caught some up to 3-8, but that's it. I do thank everyone for there replies, suggestions, and even sarcasm. as soon as it thaws out around here, i'll start chucking the big baits again.
  7. Here is my pb smallie and first swimbait smallie. I just figured there was a better way to target them. My pb was taken on a shaky head in January, and my first swimbait smallie was taken in may on a weedless hudd 6 inch in perch color. I've had limited success on decoy hydra tails as well, but nothing over 2lbs.
  8. Thanks everyone. After I caught my first smallie on a swimbait, I was hooked. Swimbo, I haven't posted on fish explorer in almost a year. Seen too many good fish go home for the frying pan. I can't wait to hit pueblo this spring. Wish I had a boat. I sent mine down to TX with my brother. Thought he'd get better use out of it.
  9. Swimbo- so that wasn't you slayin' smallies on perch hudds up in cheesman, or aurora? I've seen alot of people having success with real prey swimbaits. Anyone here use them?
  10. I'm new here and have been digging through articles for a week. I haven't found much on swimbaits for smallmouth. I know a vast majority here are after DD bucketmouths. I was just looking for insight on baits for bronze backs. So far, 6 inch hudds and decoy hydra tails have been good, but I'm stuck on a 3 lbs barrier with them. Any suggestions on good smallie swimbaits? I've recently purchased rods to cover from 1-10oz so size is no issue. Preferred price is $80 or less.
