I had a baby possum that did the same exact thing, except the opening for hte bill didn't open up enough for the bill to fall out. Once I got home I cleaned up the bill and used some Devcon 2 ton epoxy. I smeared it in the bill recess into the crack and all over the face. I have yet to have a problem with it since. I hope that helps, I will take some pictures when I get home. Its not pretty but that bait has too much mojo to retire, it's a baller.

Im just going to say I bet it will be less of a hassle to go out and buy a Deps 175 SS than to convert a 175 SK. Just going on Ebay the going rate for a 175 SS is about $70.
