  1. Ik it's not with a bow but thought you guys might enjoy not the biggest buck in the world but when your 16 and you have put in countless hours it's worth it. Especailly cause it's my FIRST BUCK!!! I'm very proud of this deer because I don't have anyone helping me I have to figure it all out on my own and I'm pumped to put this deer down my second year huntin.

  2. Hey guys I just got my first slammer (9 inch) and love it caught fish on it every trip so far but I was wondering if anyone throws the 14 inch super slammer. Was thinking of getting one for night time but wanted to know if any of you have luck with it. Thanks.

  3. First cast ever with the slammer got this one and then got another the very next cast good way to gain confidence in a new bait that I never used before. I also stuck this nice 5 pounder on the rising son.

  4. Hoping to get a good whitetail with my longbow this year. Just got a 6 by 6 elk in Colorado with the longbow and now it seems right to get a deer. Making my own arrows too so I'll feel pretty rewarded with something this year... Good luck to all the other bow hunters out there. Anyone else use a longbow or recurve?

That's so awsome man hope you get em

  5. Its a very good bait if you go through the steps to take care of it. First thing I do is cut open all those air bubbles and pour new plastic in to fill them. Then take and get some super glue to attached the soft plastic to the hard body. Do this through the opening by the mouth around the top and bottom, this is the most crucial step in making this bait last. Next add a split ring to the front, and I like just a single 2/0 hook. Never missed a fish, or felt the need for a trailer. Depending on when it was made will effect the durability also, the older ones where made of a much tougher plastic, the newer ones are poured by robo-worm and SUPER soft, mend it is your friend with those ones.

Thanks but why do you have to fill the air bubbles with new plastic

You don't have to, its just a suggestion. I would use mend it and glue around the bill though, it tends to come apart in that area.

Good luck dude hope your season goes better than mine I shot my first deer with a bow and first buck and could not recover it
