    My dad snagged a flying goose with a spinning rod one time. Almost spooled him before the hook came out yea. me and Easton (midsouth swimbaits) were fishing and he casted into a bunch of them that were floating in the pond and hooked it in the leg with a 8 inch huddleston and he reeled it in with his LDC heavy and picked the goose up and pulled the hook out of the gooses leg! craziest thing I have seen in a long time!

    I am in the process of trading reels with him! so far it has gone perfect. Thursday when I get the reel we will see. but with the info yall gave me I have no doubt it will be what he described! great dude! and extremely good communication!

    s-waver 200 is your best bet. but after watching the savage gear icast video about the new 8 inch glide there coming out with, looks very good for the price. I guess we will see October 21 when they come out!
