    Clear question

    Thanks that helps a lot!
  2. Just got done painting this triple trout.. I use Devcon on the baits I make and clear them before I put them together. That way I can put them on a drying wheel to dry even. I've never painted any baits that were already together so what should I use to clear it? Thanks!
  3. Wanting to buy a 316 freestyle shad.. Any condition, any color. Thanks.
  4. Yeah I've tried a hair tail before and it did a little better.. I think I'm gonna try to allow a little more play like your talking about and see if that helps.
  5. I can get my baits to swim really good until I put a tail on them.. When I put a tail on them they all start swimming wider and the motion isn't nearly as good. So why does adding a tail to a swimbait effect the way it swims so much? Thanks!
  6. Been working on this bait for a while. Finally got one painted up wanted to see what you guys thought..
  7. All the baits I've made sink perfectly level from what I can tell. It just leans to the left the faster I reel it..
  8. Also why would it only fall to the left and not the right? Just an imperfection in the plug or something?
  9. Thanks for the info, also I do want to try to make a floater.. Any advice on that? And yes I've always liked the way the 316 shad looked and the swimming motion. This bait is about 7 inches so it's a little longer than there's is..
  10. Just want to get your opinion on what I should do. I've made about four of these baits. Everyone of them I've poured with different weights. One with an 1/8 ounce in the front piece, one with an 1/8 ounce in the front and middle, one with no weight at all (floater).. They all look like they're floating strait, but when they start swimming the faster I reel the more it falls to the left side.. I figured it couldn't be the weight since they all do the same thing, even the one wth no weights. Just want to get your opinion on what you might think it could be, thanks.
