I swear every time he fishes with us he gets skunked lol

So I bought a flash carp 250 from Tom last Thursday. Gave him my information and that's the last I have heard from him. Couple days ago I asked him if the bait has shipped or not, no answer. Don't know to be worried or not

So I recently just bought a 250 and now have quite a few swimbaits. Still have not invested in a scale, which screwed me today! My buddy kmrand12 and I went to a local pond and fished for about an hour and a half. We each caught one goober, I decided to tie on my Gantarel Jr. and make a couple more casts before heading home. I'm glad I did, on about the third cast I hooked into a good one. Neither one of us had a scale on us. We guessed him at about 5lbs, what do you guys think. Sorry about the sideways post

I'm going out there from the 4th-12th of July, so I'll have a bunch of time to fish and I will be taking all of my gear. I'm somewhat familiar with the area since I go out there a lot but I don't no any spots to fish. If anyone would like to share info feel free! Thanks
