Report it to your local wardens, I reported a guy from a fishing forum last night who had 26 bass dead on a table captioned "MY fish that I like to eat." If he had said oh me and my buddies went out and caught these bass I would have said fine that's your right, but this dude had multiple pictures of 12-26 bass all dead on a table. Wardens need your help to catch these guys(also the fines they collect help pay for their salaries lol)
