Hey guys Ive read a heap of line topics on here and P-Line gets pretty good ratings as a swimbait line. A lot of the recommendations are for PF or CXX. I was just wondering if any of you have had any experience with the CX Premium? On the P-Line website it states it has less stretch but I'm not sure if that's in relation to other brands of line or in relation to CXX or PF. Anyhow just wondering if any of you would recommend it over CXX or PF. I suppose the butt of my questions relates to relative stretch between the three lines. I'm currently using Trik Fish Armour Tough and like it for the most part, but wouldn't mind a mono or co-poly with a little bit less stretch. Thanks Matt

Hey guys Just looking for your opinions on the difference between these two rods. Aside of actual length and handle length I'm sort of struggling to see the 'casting power' and 'casting weight tolerance' difference between them. Obviously the 867 has more power lower in the blank, but when I load both up with the same cast weight they don't seem that different. Aside of handle ergonomics (I prefer the longer handle on the 867) I almost think they cancel each other out. I sort of can't see a reason for owning both. Essentially im going to use the rod for 8" to 10" baits like 9" bull shad, 8" punkers, bigger triple trouts, and 8" and 9" Morning Woods. I know a few guys on this forum use these rods and just wanted to see what your thoughts were. Thanks Matt

Anyhow let me know if you have anything...happy to consider swap/trade options. I may also sell the reel to fund a lefty if I cant do a swap. Thanks Matt

Here are some pics. Custom painted by Geneo Kustoms (http://www.geneokustoms.com.au) here in Australia. I bought the reel new out of Japan about 3 years ago. While I love the reel it just doesn't palm as nicely as some of my other reels so I hardly use it. US$500 and I'll pay shipping (tracked) and PayPal fees. I can email better pics if required. Oh and reel has no line on it.

Hey guys Great review Ceaser. On a side issue has anyone tried the 3 piece LCD rods? Are they as good as a 1 piece? Is there any significant loss of action or any disadvantages? Thank Matt
