Im ordering my first ever batch of hudds and wondering which one of there trouts actually look like a real trout as they have 3 options, or should I say which is the post popular? Ther have phantom trout, holdover and rainbow trout. Im guessing it's the last one I mentioned but wanted to make sure before I order a few. Thanks!

Thank you guys for all the great info. I got a pm to also look at the Low Down Custom rods. There website says sold out but I sent them an email and for $250 you can get a standard rod in about a month or $350 for a full custom rod but takes a couple months to get. Does anyone have experience with these rods and how do they compare to the Dobyns and Okuma?

I'm looking to buy a new swimbait rod and am wondering if anyone has any experience and/or knows the major difference between the Okuma Guide Select Series and the Okuma Guide Select "A" Series? I'm thinking of getting either one of those Okuma rods OR a Dobyns 806ML SB or 806HSB and also does anyone know the major difference between those two Dobyn 806 models? Whichever rod I end up getting I plan to put a Daiwa Lexa 300PWR on it unless you guys suggest otherwise. Any imput is appreciated as I'm fairly new to throwing swimbaits. Thanks! - A couple baits I plan to throw on this rod Hudd - 68's and 8inch 3:16 - wake Jr and freestyle 6inch Mattlures Triple trout Ms slammer Savage gear - 6-8 inch Spro - rats, and 6-8inch And other swimbaits similar to those listed above

I wish 3:16 would hire more people in production and finally keep large swimbait inventory on their website
