  1. Going to San Diego for family vacation later this summer. Was wanting to know about any tackle shops that are worth a visit while down there
  2. If you're afraid to lose it then you won't be able to fish it effectively..
  3. The pictures do the fish no justice lol. He was actually pretty big, probably 4 pounds. Was very long, just had a big bait on his face. First good fish on this bait, caught like a one pound dinker but for sure wasn't worth posting.
  4. The fish was pretty big, but thanks to my dinosaur of my phone the pic quality is awful.
  5. So after I sweep hard and down on my hookset, just keep that tension and don't reel??
  6. Update: lost two good fish yesterday, anyone know how to keep these fish on? haha
  7. Love mine! Things are the bomb for swimbait storage
  8. I got mine in pumpkinseed. I've caught one dinker, seen several followers. Throwing mine on a MOAM XH for treble hook baits, wm60 big shooter and 25# Pline CXX
  9. I've had success on a rat this past week. It's been warm here in Oklahoma. The new moon phase is definitely where it's at.
  10. Any wakebait is good because it's visual.
  11. Just go with an El Raton. I've caught several this year on their ratzilla.
  12. Interesting bait any recommendations? Seems like it would do good in areas I fish
  13. I got an El raton from him. Even threw in a rad buzz bait and a pack of 1/0 trebles and some worm hooks. Seems good
  14. Not really a "true" swim bait rod, but does someone have personal expreience with it? Need a small swimbait, frog, and big power fishing stick.
  15. Same ratio as my revo wm60. It's cheaper too
  16. What do you guys think about them? The more baits the better? Setups?
  17. I would say XH would be your best bet. You will want to start throwing bigger and bigger baits, and you would rather have too much rod instead of not enough.
  18. I swapped mine, they seemed dull to me
